Recently I watched a movie, named "Desert flower". It tells a story about a girl, who made a long way from Somali desert to the best runways of the world. Her name is Waris Dirie. Later on she became a UN ambassador for the abolition of FGC. This movie is not just a story about success, it's a story about one of the most horrible traditions spread in some countries all over the world. You can read about it here:

In 2002, Waris Dirie founded the Desert Flower Foundation in Vienna, Austria, an organization aimed at raising awareness regarding the dangers surrounding FGC:
[link]I have to admit I was terrifyed such things exist in our world, so I decided to tell the story to as many people as possible and to make a donation to the Fund. You can do it to, through the PayPal, it's easy. Make a donation, it can save a little girl's life.
